Excellent curl bar with beautiful chrome finish and knurled handles.
The solid steel bar is sturdy and compact Curl has a length of about 4 '(48 "). In addition, 2" diameter of the neck are included in the price, though, I recommend that "spring passes" instead of collars in the ring to avoid damaging the chrome. The length of 4 'you can add a significant amount of 2 "weight plates when not much room in their work outside the center or gym. Yes, there is a substantial difference in a bar loop (compared to a straight bar for biceps further development) and are very happy and recommend to supplement their other exercise equipment

This bar is my access CrossFit enough training. I will not go anywhere near the rated capacity of the bar weight. But with that, they say, is certainly a big step forward on a standard 600-pound Olympic bar is a very solid, and the bar ends are sealed (without bothering to strengthen these key boring Allen) screws end of the barrel! I have this bar and 330 LB deadlift mark, and obviously used, I was not even close to the evaluation. Since I use my money for CrossFit / Metcon training, can I get my fair share of Olympic style lifts. With my flat on the bumper, I have no worries, I question whether (a subsidiary of fall) my weight, position of the head (where the overhead push presses to 175 lbs). As a side note, I do not use the weight of metal. Bumper rubber are flat. The floor in my gym at home is not a typical garage concrete floor. It is 3 / 4 "pine wood floors with 3 / 4" rubber floor mat gym on top. "Soft" running a little "when the bar on my drive heavy dumping. The ends of the bar were not as described. The ends are not perfectly smooth, but they work. Very small grooves that make a good decision when setting my lock Jaw Barbell Collar. Most of the bar is a matte black (as here on Amazon).
