Like others, the handle is solidly built and feels good in your hands. The design that prevents rotation, is very useful because it can be almost anywhere, carry the main burden. I think it's a good weight since the beginning, because it is a simple way to weight training to enter without being too difficult. It is a very good experience for loops overweight. Finally, I am very pleased with my purchase.
