This bar is my access CrossFit enough training. I will not go anywhere near the rated capacity of the bar weight. It is 3 / 4 "pine wood floors with 3 / 4" rubber floor mat gym on top. "Soft" running a little "when the bar on my drive heavy dumping. The ends of the bar were not as described. The ends are not perfectly smooth, but they work. Very small grooves that make a good decision when setting my lock Jaw Barbell Collar. Most of the bar is a matte black (as here on Amazon). The Edge is impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant to go to the CrossFit community.
